Tomher Industrial Sdn. Bhd. was among the winners at the Malaysian Trade and Industry Recognition Awards 2008 held on 29th February 2009 at Grand Season Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.
The Malaysian Trade and Industry Organisation (MTI) annually organizes the Malaysian Trade and Industry Recognition Award. The MTI Recognition Award 2008 was officiated by Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk S. K. Devamany – this event gives recognition to companies for excellence in various fields. This award motivates and encourages Malaysian companies to make every effort to achieve excellence in their products and services.
Organized by the Malaysian Trade and Industry Organisation (MTI), this year’s awards saw more than 30 local companies receiving awards for excellence under 17 categories. The annual awards are given out to local companies in recognition of their excellence in their respective fields.
The Productivity Award seeks to reinforce the importance of productivity awareness among Malaysian companies in an increasingly globalized world.
The Productivity Award is awarded to the best companies in excellent productivity management. The objectives of the Productivity Award is to recognize company with productivity management excellence, and the awarded company is seen as a role model to Malaysian companies.
